me

Hi! My Name is Robert Adame Jr., I am a Software Engineer with a passion for creating applications both web computer based. I have knowledge and experience with creating React Apps, working in the AWS ecosystem, Django and ESRI. This diverse experience allows me to continually learn and grow and always be challened with new opportunity.

When I am not developing, I enjoy watching some shows, playing some games or just vibin out listening to some vinyls.

Want to build something together? Contact Me:
React
With React, you can be a web and a native developer. Your team can ship to many platforms without sacrificing the user experience. Your organization can bridge the platform silos, and form teams that own entire features end-to-end.
Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud, offering over 200 fully featured services from data centers globally. Experience includes S3, Lambda, Api Gateway, cloudwatch, cloudformation, aws cli, EC2, parameter store.
JavaScript
JavaScript (JS) is a lightweight interpreted (or just-in-time compiled) programming language with first-class functions. JavaScript is a prototype-based, multi-paradigm, single-threaded, dynamic language, supporting object-oriented, imperative, and declarative (e.g. functional programming) styles.
TypeScript
TypeScript is a strongly typed programming language that builds on JavaScript, giving you better tooling at any scale.
Python
Python is a programming language that lets you work quickly and integrate systems more effectively.
Django
Django is a high-level Python web framework that encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. Built by experienced developers, it takes care of much of the hassle of web development, so you can focus on writing your app without needing to reinvent the wheel.
Redux
Redux is a predictable state container for JavaScript apps. It helps you write applications that behave consistently, run in different environments (client, server, and native), and are easy to test. On top of that, it provides a great developer experience, such as live code editing combined with a time traveling debugger.
AerialSphere

AerialSphere is a image solution specialist. Those solutions empower you to harness the full potential of imagery, making it easier than ever to visualize, manage, and leverage location-based data. My Journey with AerialSphere over the last 4+ years has been to help plan, develop, and deploy an increasingly large feature set within our Panoramic Imagery Viewer. This viewer is utilized across our platform including our JavaScript API and within our Web App. I also Developed complex solutions for our integration into the ESRI ecosystem by building custom internal Computer Software and using Amazon Web Services.

Framehameha

Framehameha was the first real project that I built. It was intended to help bring together several pieces around the popular fighting game Dragaonball Fighterz. It is built with React, and connected to a Ruby on Rails API backend. It supported a login that I could use as an admin to updated and add additional character information. As it stands now, however only the learning and universal sections work as the API backend Database no longer functions. It is a great reminder of how the ambitions of a project can quickly outgrow your capacity and how important ongoing maintenance is to keep everything going. This is not a 'failure' for me, but a learning part on my journey as a Software Engineer.

Examples:

  • Universal Data Page dedicated to display 'universal' data that is shared across characters
  • Kame House Kame House, in the Dragonball World is Master Roshi's home. He runs the Turtle Hermit school and trains Goku and Krillin. The Kame House for the site is a learning dojo for new players.
